Adoption
We assist parents, prospective parents, stepparents, grandparents and other family relatives throughout Florida in all aspects of adoption law by providing the legal education, guidance, and services that families need to successfully adopt newborns, toddlers, and adults.
Family Law
We provide expert legal services to individuals and families throughout Southwest Florida seeking assistance with divorce, paternity, domestic violence, post-judgment, enforcement, child support, and name change cases.
Katie Kohn, Esq.
Katie Kohn is a Florida Bar Board Certified attorney in marital and family law with over a decade of trial experience. She has handled hundreds of family law cases and brings experience and knowledge to each case she handles.
Katie was born and raised in northern New Jersey. After college and law school, Katie worked in New York City defending doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice actions. In 2015, she and her family moved to Southwest Florida where she began practicing family law. Since then, Katie has been dedicated to helping families in Southwest Florida navigate the legal system.
